Loves Jesus as Lord and Savior and His people. Desires to grow in Christ through service to the church and others. Willing to match spiritual gifts, experience, and personality with ministry team. Willing to help do what is necessary to get things launched. Committed to the vision, values, and bedrock beliefs of Point of Grace.  Good chemistry with other leaders and team players. Demonstrates character of integrity & faithfulness. Has a humble and teachable spirit.
